No more rules.
Your body will guide you to health.
My approach is rooted in both clinical training and lived experience. I draw from Nutritional Therapy and Therapeutic Coaching, alongside years of fieldwork in wilderness settings where I studied animal behavior, herbal medicine, and instinctual nourishment. These threads have shaped a philosophy I call Attuned Nutrition—a way of eating that honors the body’s sensory communication, emotional landscape, and innate biological intelligence.
Your sense of smell and taste are not just for pleasure.
Most people have been taught to override their body’s signals—eating according to rules, restrictions, or emotional reflexes. But the body is always communicating. Through taste, smell, craving, and aversion, it offers real-time feedback about what nourishes and what depletes.
MY APPROACH
We are so much more than what we eat.
Healing your relationship with food and body frees up energy, focus, and space. When you’re no longer stuck in cycles of control, shame, or confusion, you can show up more fully in your life. I help my clients upgrade outdated patterns that keep them distracted or depleted, and reconnect with their strength, clarity, and capacity.
“I feel overwhelmed with all the information around diet and health and I’m confused about what is true.”
I hate my body. I want to lose weight, but dieting isn’t working. I have too much going on and I don’t have good self control.”
“I watched my mom diet her whole life. I don’t want to pass on my bad relationship with food onto my kids.”
“I don’t feel like me. I don’t recognize myself anymore.”
“I’m at a point where I don't know if I'm creating my own symptoms or if I'm actually sensitive to all these foods.”
”I’m stuck in the cycle of binging and then cutting things out completely. I know better, but i keep doing it”

We focus on:
Attuned Nutrition
Attuned Nutrition is the practice of listening to your body’s sensory cues and biological rhythms to guide how you eat. Instead of following external rules or rigid plans, you learn to respond to what your body is asking for in real time. It’s not about control—it’s about building a relationship through tuning in, decoding sensation, and responding in alignment. We don’t rebuild trust by adopting theories—we rebuild it by taking care of ourselves. Tending to basic needs like food, water, and sleep is where self-trust begins.
Disordered Eating
I don’t treat behaviors—I work with what drives them. Bingeing, restricting, obsessing over “clean” eating—these are symptoms, not the root. Focusing only on the behavior is like trying to quiet a fire alarm without looking at where the smoke is coming from. Our work is to trace these thoughts and behaviors back to their source: often an unmet need, a protective strategy, or an old wound that’s asking for attention. When we tend to the root, the behaviors shift on their own.
Body Image
Body image isn’t about liking every part of yourself. It’s about how you relate to the parts you don’t like, and how you process the slow, steady changes that come with aging, illness, and time. We live in a culture that treats bodies as currency—deciding who gets care, safety, and visibility based on appearance. Because we can’t change that overnight, we learn to grieve what we cant control and find ways to show up anyway. The body is a home, a canvas, and a site of self-expression. Everyone’s path is different. What matters is learning what is healing for you.

Who do I
work with?
-
I work with people who are ready to name what’s happening in their body and their life—even if it’s messy, even if they’re not sure of the path forward. I offer a judgment-free space for adults to discover their needs and get personalized support.
-
I support parents who are working to build a balanced food culture at home—navigating picky eating, sugar obsession, body image concerns, and the emotional layers that show up around feeding young children.
-
I work with teens ages 16 and up. Before starting 1:1 sessions, I meet with their parent(s) to get a fuller picture of home life, challenges, and expectations. It’s important that the parent and I are on the same page and on the same team when it comes to supporting the teen.

FAQs
Can I work with you if I have been diagnosed with an eating disorder?
If your eating disorder is affecting your physical health, you need medical support from a licensed professional. If you’re in recovery and already working with a licensed eating disorder therapist, then yes—I can be part of your support team.
Do you teach Intuitive Eating?
I respect the Intuitive Eating framework, but I don’t teach the 10 principles verbatim. My focus is on healing disordered eating through body-led approaches—like Lingual-Neuro Testing, somatic attunement, and listening to the body’s innate intelligence.
How do I know if I need help?
Most people in the US have some level of disordered eating behavior. Getting support doesn’t mean you’ve failed—it means you’re paying attention. You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to start. If your relationship with food isn’t serving you, that’s reason enough.
How long do I need to work with you?
It depends. Some people work with me for 4–5 months, others choose to stay for years—shifting from nutrition work into broader life support. After our first session, I’ll have a better sense of what might be helpful, and you’re welcome to share any timeline preferences upfront.
